Your crab claws will arrive fully cooked and frozen. They can remain frozen in your freezer for up to 90 days. Once thawed, crab claws will stay fresh in your refrigerator for up to two days.

Frozen crab claws must be thawed before serving. You may safely defrost crab claws in your refrigerator for 48 hours, under cold running water, or in the microwave. If you prefer to serve them hot, thawed crab claws can be gently heated by steaming for five minutes. Stone crab claws can also be easily prepared by thawing then boiling or baking.
