We know shipping cost for perishables can sometimes be a little costly. We are constantly trying to work with our carrier to give our customers the best rates possible. We are currently offering discounted weekday deliveries for most of our products. To learn more about shipping rates & discounted deliveries, call us toll free at 1-877-546 8667.
Shipping Info:

Our customers may visit www.fedex.com or www.ups.com to check on delivery schedules and track packages.

Cut-off time for orders placed over the internet is 1:00 p.m. EST, Monday thru Friday. All orders received after 1:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the next business day (unless specified otherwise.

Available delivery days are Tue-Sat for overnight packages and Wed-Sat for all 2 day shipping methods.

If you wish to place an order over the phone, you can contact one of our customer representatives toll-free @ 1-877-LINTONS (Store hours: 9am to 5pm Mon. thru Fri.)

All PERISHABLE orders are shipped by Federal Express and are shipped in styrofoam boxes, refrigerated using frozen gel-packs and/or dry ice. (Be careful when handling dry ice)

All NON-PERISHABLE orders are shipped using FedEx Ground guaranteed within 1-5 business days, unless specified otherwise. Shipping charges non-perishable orders will be between $5.95 - $9.95.

Saturday delivery is available in most areas. Saturday deliveries may be shipped using FedEx Priority Overnight service. In addition, there is a $15.00 surcharge for all Saturday deliveries. When requesting Saturday delivery to rural areas, please call in advance to check availability. FedEx ground delivery is available on Saturday to those who qualify. Saturday ground deliveries do not carry the additional surcharge.

All orders to Hawaii or Alaska must be shipped "Priority Overnight" and incur an extra $20 surcharge.

There are **NO** Sunday or Monday deliveries.

If you are ordering more than 1 bushel of hard crabs, please call in your order toll free at 1-877-546-8667.

We are currently shipping in the United States only.
Delivery Terms: Seafood products are very perishable. All our shipments are packed with ample refrigerant to maintain the product in average weather conditions for the shipping period (estimated conservatively to allow for some extra time). It is recommended that someone be available to receive shipments from Linton's Seafood upon delivery, or shortly thereafter. If you are sending a gift to someone, please notify them when to expect the delivery. If no one is available, and the package is left unattended for an extended period (especially in hot climates), we cannot guarantee that the seafood will remain in good condition.

Upon receipt we recommend that you unpack the shipper contents as soon as possible and store the seafood in the refrigerator and/or freezer, as appropriate, to maintain optimum freshness. The shipping containers may not be suitable for storing your product after receipt.

Please check the shipping address carefully for errors. We cannot guarantee shipments that FedEx and UPS are unable to deliver.
Availability: Due to ever changing weather and supply conditions out of our control, occasionally an item will become unavailable after an order is placed. Should that happen we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss substituting another item of equal or greater value, or changing the delivery timing.
Return Policy: If your order is spoiled or damaged due to negligence by Linton's Seafood or UPS/FedEx, we will replace it free-of-charge. If you receive an order that you suspect is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect in any way, please do not discard the contents. Contact us immediately at (877) 328-2722. We may request that you return the order to us for inspection. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must notify our office by phone or email within 24 hours after receipt.
