Our crab cakes contain all jumbo lump and backfin lump blue crab meat. (No cheap imitation crab meat.)

Handling & Preparation
Preparation, simply thaw then:
Saute: Add 1/2 cup of light oil in large frying pan and saute for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Bake: Place crab cakes on oiled cookie sheet and bake 350-400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Broil: Place crab cakes on cookie sheet and broil for about 12 minutes or until heated through.
