Terms and Conditions for Linton Rewards

Welcome to Linton Rewards! By participating in our rewards program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

Linton Rewards is a loyalty program that allows customers to earn Claws (points) for certain actions and purchases on our website. Claws can be redeemed for discounts, shipping benefits, and other rewards, as outlined below.

2. Membership Eligibility

To participate in Linton Rewards, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a valid account on our website.

3. Tiers and Benefits

The program is structured into three tiers based on the number of Claws earned:

  • Colossal Tier (1500 Claws):
    • Free UPS Ground Shipping or $20 off UPS Air Shipping.
    • 2x Claws for every dollar spent on purchases.
  • Jumbo Tier (600 Claws):
    • $10 off UPS Ground or UPS Air Shipping.
    • 2x Claws for every dollar spent on purchases.
  • Large Tier (0 Claws):
    • Welcome bonus to start earning Claws.
    • 1x Claws for every dollar spent on purchases.

4. Ways to Earn Claws

You can earn Claws in the following ways:

  • Purchases: Earn Claws for every dollar you spend on purchases made through our website.
  • Share on Facebook: Earn Claws when you share our website or products on Facebook.
  • Follow on Instagram: Earn Claws when you follow us on Instagram.
  • Follow on TikTok: Earn Claws when you follow us on TikTok.

5. Redeeming Claws

Claws can be redeemed for the following rewards:

  • $10 OFF Coupon: Redeemable for 400 Claws.
  • $20 OFF Coupon: Redeemable for 800 Claws.
  • $30 OFF Coupon: Redeemable for 1000 Claws.
  • $40 OFF Coupon: Redeemable for 1200 Claws.

6. Restrictions and Limitations

  • Claws have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Claws are non-transferable and cannot be sold or gifted.
  • Claws earned through fraudulent or unauthorized means will be forfeited.
  • Claws expire after 12 months of inactivity on your account.

7. Program Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Linton Rewards program at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in point earning and redemption structures, tier benefits, and eligibility criteria.

8. Shipping Rewards

Shipping discounts are only applicable to orders shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Air. Free shipping or discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified.

9. Privacy

Participation in Linton Rewards requires sharing certain personal information, including email addresses and social media handles. Your privacy is important to us, and your information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

  • By participating in Linton Rewards, you agree to these terms and any modifications we may implement.
  • Abuse of the program, including but not limited to fraudulent earning of Claws, will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of all accrued Claws.

Shipping Info

Cut-off time: for orders placed over the internet is 1:30 p.m. EST, Monday thru Friday. All orders received after 1:30 p.m. EST will be shipped the following business day (If you need a package shipped after the cut-off time, please call our toll free number. We may still be able to ship it.).

Delivery Days: Available delivery days will be displayed during checkout. Deliveries to your door are scheduled Tuesdays through Saturdays. There are no Sunday or Monday deliveries.

Packaging: All orders are shipped in insulated Styrofoam boxes and refrigerated using gel packs and/or dry ice. There is a $10.95 fee for packing materials.

Saturday delivery is available in most areas. Saturday deliveries will be shipped using UPS Next Day Air (Saturday delivery) or UPS Ground (Saturday delivery) depending on service availability to your location. Available shipping services will be displayed during checkout. There is an additional charge for all Saturday deliveries, shown during checkout.

Hawaii & Alaska: All orders to Hawaii & Alaska must be shipped "Next Day Air" and incur an extra $20 surcharge.

Large Orders: If you are placing a large order such as more than 1 bushel of hard crabs, please call in your order toll free at 1-877-546-8667 as there may be an additional charge for more than one box.

International shipping: We are currently shipping in the United States only.

Tracking Your Order: Our customers may visit www.ups.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS to check on delivery schedules and track packages.

Address Corrections: Any address corrections after your order is placed requires an $18.00 UPS processing fee. If your package is already in route with UPS this may cause a delivery delay. These changes have to be made by calling Lintons Seafood at (877) 546-8667.

All PERISHABLE orders are shipped using UPS services in styrofoam boxes, refrigerated using frozen gel-packs and/or dry ice. Please use caution when handling dry ice. There is no additional charge for packing materials.

All NON-PERISHABLE orders are shipped using UPS Ground, guaranteed delivery within 1-5 business days, unless specified otherwise. Shipping charges for non-perishable orders will be between $5.95 - $9.95.

Delivery Terms

Seafood products are very perishable. All our shipments are packed with ample refrigerant to maintain the product in average weather conditions for the shipping period (estimated conservatively to allow for some extra time). It is recommended that someone be available to receive shipments from Linton's Seafood upon delivery, or shortly thereafter. If you are sending a gift to someone, please notify them when to expect the delivery. If no one is available, and the package is left unattended for an extended period (especially in hot climates), we cannot guarantee that the seafood will remain in good condition.

Upon receipt we recommend that you unpack the shipper contents as soon as possible and store the seafood in the refrigerator and/or freezer, as appropriate, to maintain optimum freshness. The shipping containers may not be suitable for storing your product after receipt.

Please check the shipping address carefully for errors. We cannot guarantee shipments that UPS is unable to deliver due to an invalid address.

Availability

Due to ever changing weather and supply conditions out of our control, occasionally an item will become unavailable after an order is placed. Should that happen we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss substituting another item of equal or greater value, or changing the delivery timing.

Return Policy

If your order is spoiled or damaged, we will replace it free-of-charge. If you receive an order that you suspect is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect in any way, please do not discard the contents. Contact us immediately at (877) 546-8667. We may request that you return the order to us for inspection. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must notify our office by phone or email within 24 hours after receipt.

What is UPS Ground and why isn't it available for everybody?

UPS Ground service is determined by UPS and relates to the areas that are within a 48 hour delivery window from our fulfillment center on the Chesapeake Bay. It carries the least expensive rates and is available to most of the East Coast.

Areas closest to us are able to get their boxes the next day via the Ground system (the pink area on the map above) while those a little further out (blue area) have a 2 day delivery transit time with the same Ground service. Those in the green area on the map are outside the abilities of the Ground network to deliver their perishable box in a satisfactory condition and therefore must use the Air methods which rely on airplanes to expedite the shipment.
