Use it in recipes where appearance is important. Delicious in crab imperial and crab salad.

Note: During our off-season of Maryland Blue Crabs, our fresh crab meat will be coming from out of North Carolina.
Jumbo Lump Crab Meat / lb. Handling & Preparation
Fresh crab meat is sold in one pound plastic containers and can be kept for about 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
Pasteurized crab meat is in a sealed can and can be kept for several months if properly refrigerated.

Jumbo Lump Crab Meat / lb. Recipes
Maryland Crab Cakes Recipe:
2 slices white bread, crusts removed
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons OLD BAY Seasoning
2 teaspoons McCormick Parsley Flakes
1/2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1 egg, beaten
1 pound fresh lump crabmeat*
1. Break bread into small pieces in large bowl. Mix in mayonnaise, OLD BAY Seasoning, parsley, mustard and egg. Stir in crabmeat. Shape mixture into patties.
2. Broil 10 minutes without turning or fry until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with additional OLD BAY Seasoning, if desired.
