Made fresh right here in Maryland using premium jumbo lump and backfin lump blue crab meat, our crab cakes are perfectly seasoned, packed with flavor, and contain very little filler. We use only real blue crab meat, never imitation crab!
Each generous 5 oz. crab cake is perfect for a delicious crab cake sandwich or as the centerpiece of your next seafood dinner. Our crab cakes are flash frozen to preserve their freshness and flavor, making it easy to enjoy a true Maryland favorite anytime.
Simply thaw, prepare, and enjoy the delicious taste of the Chesapeake Bay right at home!
5 oz. Maryland Crab Cakes (1 Dozen) Handling & Preparation
For best results, thaw crab cakes overnight in the refrigerator before cooking.
BAKE: Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking pan with oil or cooking spray. Place crab cakes on the pan and bake on the middle rack for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once during cooking.
SAUTÉ: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add crab cakes and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once during cooking.
FRY: Heat oil to 350°F. Carefully add crab cakes and fry for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
Note: Cooking times are approximate and may vary. Cook crab cakes to an internal temperature of 165°F before serving.
