Soft Crabs
Maryland Soft Shell Crabs: Fresh soft crabs from the Chesapeake Bay are cleaned and wrapped in our plant located on the Chesapeake Bay. Each crab is wrapped separately and will keep in the freezer for 6 months. Several methods for preparing soft shell crabs are baked, sauteed, deep fried, or pan fried. Other ways of cooking will give equally tasty results. All soft shell crabs are available year-round.
